"Seadorf saved our family company before it even got started!  My wife and I wanted to open up a barbershop in Charlotte. We knew money was going to be very tight and we knew we really only had one chance to get the construction right.  Any major overruns in construction costs would have sunk the company before we were able to do our first haircut!  Unfortunately our nightmare almost came true. We trusted a small local general contractor to do the job and when it came time to sign the agreement with him he actually raised our price by almost 50% overnight. Needless to say we panicked... a lot.  But then I guess luck was on our side because when we went out to find a new contractor we were blessed to find Mike Seadorf. Mike worked extremely hard on the front end of the project to get our bid back in line with our projections. Our project was a little bit difficult because it was in a 30 story high rise and the prior tenant had taken some shortcuts in construction. Throughout the 6 week project Mike was constantly solving complicated problems and bringing us intelligent solutions to those problems. Mike was able to get a complicated project done on time and at budget. I think our barbershop was a "small" project for Mike, but we were not treated like a small customer at all. Mike is a true professional, and a real problem solver. If we do another barbershop I am only going to make one phone call to find my general contractor."
